Our newest Junior Recuiter Consultant

Dearest Reader,

I’m excited to introduce myself as the new Junior Recruitment Consultant!

Over the past several years, I’ve gained a wide range of experience in administrative roles, client relations, and team coordination — from working as a Jr. Account Manager and Administrative Assistant to managing a team as a Floor Manager in the hospitality sector. These experiences have strengthened my communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.

I’m fluent in English, Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamentu, which allows me to connect easily with people from diverse backgrounds. In 2022, I also completed People Management Skills Level 1, which helped me grow in leadership and team support.

I’m passionate about helping others find opportunities where they can thrive, and I’m looking forward to bringing that same energy into the world of recruitment. I’m really excited to be part of this team and to grow within this field.
