Our new Junior Recruiter

Hi Everyone,

My name is Gio Wirokarso, 21 years old and since March 11 I started working as a Junior Recruiter at Balance Recruitment.

I moved to Curacao at the end of February 2024. In the Netherlands I studied Human Resource Management in Tilburg. During my studies I did several internships, where I was always involved in recruitment. I am very passionate about the whole recruitment process and get a lot of enjoyment out of matching talent.

In my free time I like to visit festivals and spend time with friends. In addition, I enjoy spending time at the beach. And I also love outdoor activities. I am very much looking forward to exploring the whole island.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to pursue my passion for recruitment in this beautiful environment. I am greatly looking forward to a time full of growth, both personally and professionally, and most of all fun.
