I’m Shahaira, and I recently joined Balance Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant.

What fascinates me about people is that the most interesting part of their story is rarely captured completely on paper. What motivates you? What are you exceptionally good at? What kind of environment brings out the best in you? And perhaps most importantly: where do you want to go next?

Those are the conversations I want to have.

My background spans finance, marketing, training and entrepreneurship. Each chapter has taught me something different about people, business and the importance of finding the right fit. Today, I get to bring those worlds together in recruitment.
