As of June 1st, 2025 I have officially joined the Recruitment Team at Balance Dutch Caribbean. In my role as Recruitment Consultant I will be your point of contact if:

With a background in recruitment across diverse sectors—including healthcare, manufacturing, and hospitality—for European-based companies, I bring hands-on experience in executing sourcing strategies, designing candidate journeys, employer branding, interview processes, and optimizing recruitment workflows.

What can you expect when working with me? Clear communication, a proactive approach and a good dose of honesty and humor. And yes – be ready for at least one chat about food when we meet. I am passionate about getting to know the backgrounds and aspirations of the people I meet and am genuinely curious about what drives you.
