Our first Balance Recruitment working student

Bon dia!

My name is Manon Bazuin and in the next 6 months I will be temporarily filling in the role of a junior recruiter as a working student at Balance Recruitment. Recruitment and selection are a part of HR, which gives me a lot of energy. I ensure the right fit between the candidate and the organization.

A bit over myself:

In my free time I often spend time with friends eating, shopping, or going to a party. But I also like spending time on the couch watching a Netflix serie. In the Netherlands I am born and raised in Groningen. In July I obtained my bachelor’s degree in HRM from the Hanze University of Applies Sciences in Groningen.
