Our new intern for september 2022

My name is Rianka Aalberts and I am from the Netherlands. I am staying on Curaçao for five months to do an internship.

I entered a beautiful location where I was warmly welcomed by the team of Balance.
Currently I am studying management at Windesheim.
Besides my supporting duties, I am working on my graduation assignment. This is about optimizing or improving a process.

Furthermore, I am involved in the recruitment of candidates and keeping the social media up to date. During my internship, I hope to learn a lot and add value to Balance recruitment.

I am looking forward to this challenge and the adventure here on Curaçao!
